Elite Ti series grows wider with 9 and 12 inch models.

Electronics brand, Lowrance has added a pair of widescreen displays to the Elite Ti standalone series of fishfinder/chartplotters.

The new Lowrance Elite-12 Ti and Elite-9 Ti touchscreen models include the same features found in the Elite-Ti series but with bigger 12- and 9-inch high-resolution displays.

Features include a touchscreen interface, Bluetooth and wireless connectivity and Lowrance sonar options including CHIRP, Broadband Sounder and StructureScan HD with SideScan and DownScan Imaging.

The integrated wireless connectivity enables downloads from Navico’s GoFree Shop for mapping and software updates. The Elite Ti series also integrates with the Insight Genesis map-creation service for custom-made high-resolution contour maps from recorded sonar logs.

The connectivity also enables control of single or dual Power-Pole shallow water anchor installations, as well as access to the GoFree Link App which allows anglers to view and control the display from an iPad or Android tablet.

The new widescreen models will be available in March 2017 with the following pricing:

  • Elite-12 Ti No Transducer AU$3149/NZ$3649
  • Elite-12 Ti Med/High TotalScan AU$3399/NZ$3929
  • Elite-9 Ti No Transducer AU$1349/NZ$1689
  • Elite-9 Ti Med/High TotalScan AU$1599/NZ$1959
