Whitewater Marine pops up at Pacific Fair
Boat dealership adds a new twist to Gold Coast mall shopping.
Next time you get dragged along to the mall, fear not – you might just end up walking away with a brand-new boat.
Proving that you can sell boats just about anywhere, the Queensland-based dealership, Whitewater Marine, has opened a pop up showroom in the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast.
Whitewater Marine, which supplies Stacer, Tige and Buccaneer boats, is displaying a full range of BMT packages in the temporary showroom, ranging from small tinnies to offshore fishing boats. Sales manager Clinton White said the team at Whitewater Marine are excited to showcase the boating lifestyle to a wider audience.
“We have started up this pop-up store to open up the boating lifestyle to customers who would not normally visit a marine dealership or attend a boat show,” he said.
“It also adds a different dimension to the normal shopping experience and gives those who are bored of looking at clothes and shoes a break.”
Stacer account manager Cameron Wood said the pop-up shop has already generated a great deal of enquiries and is proving to be a fantastic opportunity for Whitewater Marine and Stacer.
“When visiting the pop-up shop an overwhelming amount of customers were surprised with the affordability of the Stacer range,” he said.
“This is a game changer for the marine industry. It’s exciting to spread the love of the boating lifestyle.”
Pacific Fair, located at Broadbeach, has recently undergone a two-year $670 million redevelopment and receives up to 11.5 million visitors each year.
The pop up shop is located at shop 1605 (near H&M) and will run for three months open from Wednesday to Sunday and Thursday late night – perfect for all those reluctant shoppers who might prefer to spend their time looking at boats instead.
