Tef-gel sales up

TEF-Gel Anti Corrosive Anti-seize Lubricant celebrates 10 years in Australia with a reported 34 per cent increase in sales over the past financial year.

Tef-Gel is a white paintable paste that stops corrosion between dissimilar metals, stops galling of stainless steel, acts as an assembly lubricant and dielectric grease.

The gel is packaged and distributed in Australia by NS Industries in North Queensland.

NS Industries owners Warwick and Claudine Jonasen say it’s very exciting to see the growth in the last financial year. The company said sales have consistently increased year after year but Tef-Gel is gaining significantly more momentum now and is becoming recognised by major boat builders and mast manufacturers as the product of choice for corrosion protection.

NS Industries now has Tef-Gel represented in more than 130 retail outlets around Australia as well as a significant number of OEM’s including major plate boat manufacturers and mast manufacturers.

Tef-Gel is also exported by NS Industries with agents appointed in Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, Dubai UAE, Malta and Turkey.
