THE authorised distributor for Yanmar and JCB DieselMax engines, Power Equipment, has announced the appointment of Samantha Pudney to the position of marketing coordinator.
In her new role at Power Equipment, Pudney fulfils an all embracing role which covers all of the various marketing activities. These include the company’s web site, advertising, external communications and strategic planning. The application of these functions applies equally to Marine and Power products, for distributors, dealers and end users.
“This is a very broad and all encompassing role,” Pudney said.
“I know that my previous experience in marketing will be invaluable as we look to reinforce the strong branding of the Yanmar and JCB DieselMax products.”
“While I’m quite new to Power Equipment, it is already very clear that my job is to polish and strengthen the good work which has gone on ahead of me.”
Power Equipment business manager Noel Heritage said that the company is fortunate to have secured such talented professional.
“Samantha is a first rate marketing person,” Heritage said.
“She comes to Power Equipment with experience and ideas from outside our industry. I am sure that Samantha will challenge us and quickly introduce some new processes for the betterment of our customers and end users.”
