OceanLED, distributed through AMI Sales, pioneered a range of underwater lights and on deck lights suitable for all styles of boats and yachts. In 2011, OceanLED unveils three new lights recently displayed at the Sydney international Boat Show.
Amphibian A6
The Amphibian Series is the world’s first lighting collection designed to be used both in and out of the water. Powerful but with ultra low power draw and no start-up current required. Easy to install and versatile enough to be mounted onto any transom, under the gunnels, engine brackets, t-tops, on masts as uplighters, and even on trailers for night launching. Maintenance is easy, just wipe away sea growth from its scratch resistant Tritonium Lens.
HYBRID 60i
The New Hybrid Series, the next generation of underwater lighting has arrived. The Hybrids all-in-one technology marks it as the first high powered underwater LED light without any external power supplies or driver boxes. Its new integrated built-in driver and electronics eliminate installation complications of the past and results in a much cleaner, faster installation. Hybrids yield ultra-high light output, almost 40 per cent brighter than its predecessor the 1520, the 30i is equivalent to any 50w Xenon underwater light on the market and most high powered LED competing lights.
LIET
The LIET range of interior/exterior lighting from OceanLED is perfect for reducing your house battery load, freshening up the look of a tired interior/exterior and minimising heat and fire risks onboard. All driver and dimming functions are built into the LIET engine eliminating the need for any external parts. The LIET3 replaces any 20W halogen downlight, whilst the LIET6 replaces any 50W halogen.
