YACHT paint manufacturer International Paint has launched a new website at www.yachtpaint.com. The site aims to make it easier for boat owners and professional paint applicators to choose the right International product, and get technical information and support for any paint project.
For boat owners, the emphasis at the new yachtpaint.com is on choosing the correct International paint depending on the type of boat, boating activity and water.
“Paint Your Boat” allows boaters to see how different paint colours look on a hull and an enhanced “Ask the Experts” provides easier access to the extensive knowledge base and experience of the International Technical Service team.
“Visitors to the site can also download our Boat Painting Guide or read about our half boat project, a detailed account of how we refurbished half a run down power boat to demonstrate what our products are capable of,” said Leanne Hillcoat International's marketing manager for Asia Pacific.
Professional applicators now have a dedicated "microsite" within yachtpaint.com where they can get detailed information about International paint systems, compatibility charts, certificates and other information to assist in their business.
For all visitors, yachtpaint.com also offers video, technical information, news and advice about health, safety and environmental issues.
