Gill Australia teams up with Yachting Queensland

GILL Australia has announced a newly formed relationship with Yachting Queensland.

Managing director of Gill Australia Paul Schulz said: “Our new relationship with Yachting QLD fits with our philosophy of providing the best performance clothing and accessories for sailors. This relationship also enables us to support the growth of the sport of sailing in a direct way by being involved with Yachting QLD’s development programmes.”

The announcement has been made on the eve of Yachting QLD’s December camp where sailors from open, youth, and junior classes will be gathering for training in the lead up to the national championships.

Announcing the sponsorship Yachting QLD’s executive officer Denis Cook said: “Yachting Queensland is looking forward to developing a long term relationship with Gill for the benefit of both organisations and the sailors of Queensland. This sponsorship agreement will enable Yachting QLD to provide recognition to our developing youth sailors, highlighting the level of competition the youth of Queensland are involved with.”
