F&B publisher Sea Media in liquidation
SEA Media Pty Ltd, publisher of F&B magazine, has been wound up in insolvency following court action by the Australian Tax Office.
Marine Business obtained Federal Court of Australia documents, which revealed the company was placed into liquidation on 9 December, 2011. Ann Fordyce has been appointed the offical liquidator.
F&B's controversial editor Peter Webster was unavailable for comment.
