GOLD Coast company Barz Optics has released the "Floater" floating sunglasses.
Barz said other floating sunglasses only work in calm waters. Barz has put its new Floater to the test in the surf with postive results. The frame floats in the most turbulent water.
The durable TR90 frame is available in three unique colours: Gloss Carbon Fibre (grey and silver weave) grey temples and nose piece; Matt Tortoiseshell with tan temples and nose piece; and Matt Grey with Apple Green temples and nose piece.
All frames feature non-slip temples and nose piece. The nose piece is padded to reduce injury to the wearer from frontal impact.
Lenses are available in many options: Polarised Acetate, Polarised and Non Polarised Polycarbonate, Polarised PC Bifocal with the choice of +1.50 +2.00 and +2.50 and the newly released NXT Polarised Photochromic. NXT Polarised Photochromic lenses darken in full sun to Cat3 and lighten in overcast or rainy conditions to Cat2. The Floater can also be fitted with RX Prescription lenses.
Now you can enjoy the water without the annoyance of losing your sunnies in the drink.
