CRS Yachts offers private syndication

CRS Yachts, exclusive dealers of Fairline Motor Yachts, has developed a new Fairline Private Yacht Syndication (FPYS) service.

The company has responded to requests from current and prospective clients and reviewed the current syndication models on the market with the decision to take syndication to the next level. CRS Yachts said it will offer first-class service and a host of added amenities, to make owners feel as though they are the sole boat owner.

“The proposition is very different to what is currently on offer in syndication. People will have the opportunity to purchase a stake without having to pay excessive non-dealer prices or premium management fees," said CRS Yachts sales and marketing director Mark Chapman.

"We’re a Fairline dealer, which means people will pay normal retail for a stake and competitive fees, despite the high-quality service offering. Our model is simpler and more transparent.”

Management of each yacht is all handled by CRS Yachts for a competitive fee based on the offering, and there is ongoing support provided by their fully trained sales and service technicians to each syndicate member, to ensure they have the knowledge to handle their boat with confidence.

CRS Yachts has an exclusive syndication offer with Fairline’s Squadron 55 Motor Yacht (2010 model) that recently arrived in Australia. There are five equal opportunities on offer and the company has already received a high level of interest from its current client base, proving that this high-end value proposition fills a gap in the market.

Fairline’s Squadron 55 will be based at the CRS Yachts office at Rose Bay Marina in Sydney and boats will also be syndicated at the new CRS Yachts office at Marina Mirage on the Gold Coast.
