BIA elects new councillors
New state councils and directors appointed for Boating Industry Association.
Following the recent Boating Industry Association (BIA) state council AGMs, new councils have been appointed for NSW, Queensland and South Australia as well as a new national board of directors. There were minor changes to the make-up of the various councils and the national board.
Alan Steber of Steber International left the NSW council, while Norm Ambrose from Ausail Marine Group, Ross Guerts from Brisbane Sea-Doo and Can-Am, and Paul Phelan from Telwater left the Queensland council.
Ken Bampton and Steve Ottaway join the South Australian council.
Paul Phelan has also been replaced on the national board of directors by Nicholas Kitchen from Yamaha Motor Australia.
