BAR Crusher’s 500CR is the first model in the new Wave Crusher Series, which reflects the company’s strategy of offering versatile "crossover" boats to cater to a broader market.

Famous for its hardcore fishing machines, Bar Crusher is now seeking to offer great starting packages that are suitable for the whole family. The Wave Crusher concept applies the superior engineering offered in the well-known Bar Crusher models in a range of smaller boats at attractive prices.

The 500CR (Cuddy / Runabout) measures 5.20m LOA with a 2.15m beam. Constructed from high-tensile (4mm bottom sides and 3mm top sides) marine grade plate aluminium, this exciting new boat incorporates Bar Crusher’s unique Waveslicer smooth-riding hull and expertly-engineered Rigideck sub-floor system for maximum hull strength.

The 500CR has a small cuddy cabin for protection from the elements, forward bunks and quality helm seating mounted on storage boxes. With a toughened glass windscreen, removable baitboard, welded-in treadplate floor and a super strong transom design, the 500CR offers quality and engineering not seen in other boats in this price range.

Rated to carry up to a 90hp outboard together with a 90L fuel capacity, the boat is ideally suited to family anglers who want to chase snapper on the bay one day; trout on a lake another; bottom bouncing a reef or trolling lures offshore the next; then enjoy a day towing the kids on a wakeboard / ski tube.
