Local companies debut as marine B2B show sets new record for exhibitors.
A host of local marine companies will be among the 1,471 exhibitors on display at the 2016 METSTRADE show this week, part of the record number of exhibitors at this year’s event.
Organisers have added an extra 3,000 m2 of floor space to meet the demand for extra stands this year with the number of exhibitors increasing from the 1,385 stands last year which was also a record. About 22,000 visitors are expected to attend the show and accompanying conferences this week.
Among the large contingent of Australian companies at the show will be first time exhibitors Megapulse Green Energy, Skudo, and CE&A.
“I would encourage people to visit our pavilion to visit these first time exhibitors,” said AIMEX CEO, MaryAnne Edwards. “All three companies are making big inroads into the marine market.
“Superyacht Australia also have a number of exhibitors in the superyacht pavilion with Muir, VEEM and Analu promoting their products to the growing superyacht sector.”
