Musto has it covered for 2010 SCIBS

Musto has been exhibiting at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show every year since 2004.

“You could almost call it our Queensland home away from home,” said Musto MD Duncan Curnow.

“We keep returning to Sanctuary Cove year after year because it offers the ideal environment for us to do business. Aside from the fact the show is always a lot of fun to exhibit at, it also attracts an interesting mix of people, has great hours, and the beautiful Queensland weather’s usually spot on as well. As if the above weren’t enough it also affords us a great chance to catch up with our existing clients while hopefully attracting plenty of new ones at the same time,” he said.

Curnow said Musto’s reputation has traditionally been built around the quality and durability of its wet weather gear. But in recent years Musto has developed a whole new following from those who also like the evolution, fashion and lifestyle ranges. To educate more people about  Musto’s offering it intends to launch the new range of lightweight waterproof jackets the likes of which many haven’t seen from Musto before.

As with all exhibitors Musto’s chief motivation for attending the event each year is to boost sales while also generating new leads.

“The Sanctuary Cove Boat show, more so than others, also offers us the chance for us to show support for our retailers through the additional exposure of our Musto products,” said Curnow.

“Of course it’s always interesting catching up on what our competitors are doing to try and keep up with us.”

Steyr’s 3D engine display

STEYR Motors, at this year’s Sanctuary Cove show, has announced its Exploded Engine Display. STEYR Motors is famous for its mono block construction and what
better way to demonstrate this, said STEYR, than with a NEW four tiered, fully dissected engine exhibit.

The STEYR Motors Australia stand will allow potential buyers to experience the engine’s internal workings and appreciate the detail and workmanship that go into this Austrian technology.
