Mustang launches 2850 Sports Cruiser

MUSTANG Marine has officially launched its new 2850 Sports Cruiser and 2850 Super Sports.

The 2850 Sports Cruiser and 2850 Super Sports, which is based on the popular 2800 Sports Cruiser, captures the return of the iconic Australian boat builder to the entry level cruising market.

Mustang said the 2850 takes all that was good in the 2800 Sports Cruiser and adds a range of the latest features, innovations with extra living and entertaining space.

Entertaining was a major consideration in the new design, with the boat now more beamy to provide extra room in the cockpit area and below decks. The galley has been moved from the downstairs cabin area to the cockpit And down below there is full standing head room separate shower and toilet.

The 2850 features a touch screen electrical control panel, Finscan fingerprint starting technology, Smart Craft gauges, electric engine room access and the latest entertainment system. “Functionality, the integration of technology and the application of cutting edge design were the cornerstones of our approach to developing the 2850”, said Russell Weston operations director at Mustang Marine.

“We’ve integrated everything that made the original 2800 so popular and looked at how we could improve the critical areas of the boat that our customers have demanded which is the performance, improved entertaining areas and the addition of leading edge equipment and technology,” said Weston.
