Marine Tech’s Voyager Series 11

MARINE Tech Industries (MTI) has released its all new Voyager Series II. This is the seat specified by Clipper for all of their boats sold into the Australian market and it is now available to the general boating market.

To produce the Voyager, MTI said it commenced with a blank sheet of paper on the engineers drawing board. The outcome is a stunning example of excellence, applied to the marine application.

The Voyager has a heavy duty, robust frame and moulded foams for extra comfort and support. It can be fitted to an MTI pedestal base or the new plinth mount model that can be installed on top of a cabinet. With a full 400 mm of fore and aft travel, the Voyager plinth series delivers unprecedented space at the helm.

The seat can be located in the forward position when travelling or alternately can be positioned aft for a standing helm position. Where required, when positioned in a companionway area, the Voyager Plinth Helm seat can be moved a full 400 mm aft to deliver clear access.

A feature of the Voyager series from MTI is the versatility of the seat. It comes in a pedestal or plinth slider mount, high back or low back, a broad choice of upholstery colours, powder coated or polished finish and the customer’s choice of marine vinyl, synthetic leather or leather hide
The MTI Softrider feature delivers a cushioning effect through the column to minimise impact when powering through otherwise bone jarring sea conditions.

MTI produces a line of pedestal systems which includes the BridgeMaster stainless steel line, ProWave aluminium pedestals and the Hercules table pedestals.
