After launching two new brands, the company has increased staff by 30 per cent, with Telwater re-employing staff and hiring new staff to cope with the business demand.
Director of marketing and sales Damien Duncan said he is pleased with Telwater's progress and is looking forward to an exciting future.
"This year's boat show season has been strong for Telwater, bringing in a mass of orders and even new dealers," said Duncan.
"The success has led to an overall increase in order numbers," he said.
"With such a great increase in production Telwater has been able to re-hire staff members that lost their job in the downturn and even hire new staff.
"Overall Telwater have managed to hire over 60 staff this year in a variety of sections within the company, with a total of 230 staff employed by the company," he said.
LOWRANCE last week launched its Elite 4 and Mark 4 sounder and sounder/GPS combo units in a media event held at Narabeen Lake north of Sydney.
